Our practice is committed to providing the best treatment for our patients and our fees reflect the quality of service and the care with which it was delivered. Please understand that payment of your bill is considered a part of your treatment.
We will submit all treatment charges to your insurance company as a courtesy to you, if you provide us with the correct address and phone number of your insurance company. You are responsible for paying the co-payment and any deductible at time of service.
Our goal is not to let expense prevent you from the quality of care you desire and need. For you convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees are paid in full by cash or check on the day treatment is performed or in advance of scheduling appointment.
