Here’s a real review of the good and bad…the entire staff was very nice and welcoming. Overall they made a great first impression but unfortunately I ended up being disappointed due to the lack of professionalism. I was told the day of my consultation that my insurance covered the visit and I owe nothing out of pocket. I never received any paperwork for the cost of my procedure either which seemed kind of odd but they called after my consultation appointment to tell me the cost of the surgery. Then I decide to do my due diligence and consult one other oral surgeon since this is a big and expensive surgery. In the end I decided to go with One oral because it was closer to home and I just had a better feeling about the overall situation. A week before my surgery they call to tell me I owe $62 for my consultation. I respectfully and kindly asked them why I wasn’t made aware of that on the day of my appointment if my insurance was used. The lady said she’d speak to her office manager to get me an answer and now 2 days before my surgery they call back to let me know they cancelled my appointment and no longer want to see me because of all the problems with me wanting to consult other doctors and not being happy with their service. All i wanted was a simple answer as to why I wasn’t told about my costs sooner and they denied my service and made me feel like an inconvenience for asking a question. I’m only 22 years old but in my experience of going to many different doctors in almost all specialties, I have always been made aware of any co-pays or out of pocket costs beforehand or at least before I leave the appointment. So I was genuinely confused by this but I was met with an extremely unprofessional response. I work in the medical industry so I understand that a medical facility has every right to deny service to a problematic patient but in no way was I rude, unkind or seeking to cause issues. I just hope they don’t do this to every patient who questions the hard earned money they’re spending since they seem like a very new establishment. I really liked them at first but the way they handled this simple discrepancy was not right and I’m happy I decided not to do business here if this is how they treat patients.

An amazing and caring dentist. Very knowledgeable and keeps you at easy. I was very impressed with the overall experience. The staff is just so kind especially . . From check in to check out. It was smooth and seamless. The front staff is just so efficient. You feel like you are visiting family when you come here. The decor and office is very clean and modern. Highly recommend this place !
